Ovral G 20 Tablets

Ovral G tablet consists of two active ingredients:

Ethinylestradiol (EE - 0.05 mg) is a female hormone (estrogen) used to regulate and maintain menstrual cycles. It is one of the most potent forms of estrogen

Levonorgestrel (0.5 mg) - It is a hormonal drug that belongs to the drug class Progestin/Progestogen, It helps in birth control by preventing release of egg and preventing egg fertilization

Uses of Ovral G tablet:

Although Ovral G is generally considered as a contraceptive it has several other uses as listed below. The list is not exhaustive as there are other uses and benefits of this drug.

• Birth control
• Painful Menstruation
• Hormonal Contraceptive
• Regularize periods
• Decrease ovarian cysts
• Acne
• Delayed Puberty
• Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Avoiding pregnancy after sexual intercourse
